Barnabas (1850): Same Barnabas, different
time zone. Barnabas was rudely awakened by a grave robber, and subsequently
has managed to:
1) Bite Didijo, the private physician
of Angelique
2) Save the lives of Magda and Jenny
3) Fall in love with a gypsy girl,
named lliana
4) Save lliana from Dimitri, her tormentor
Barnabas has met Quentin, Didijo and
Samuel, who he vaguely remembers. But he is highly suspicious of Nicholas
Blair. As yet, he has not seen Angelique, who he blames for his current
vampiric condition. |
|
Angelique (1850): pregnant by Quentin,
being annoyed by Nicholas, hiding with Gypsies, and trying to figure out
what's going on in this accursed mess. However, that's not to say that
I'm not also sometime/place else.........."

Esmeralda (1970): Beautiful dark gypsy
woman of 1850, who is currently under Nicholas Blair's control. Even if
she weren't under his thumb, she would be and is attracted to him and his
smile. <melt>

Gabriel Collins (1850): Current head
of Collinwood, in name only. A true Collins, he loves to drink and chase
the pretty women. Married to Edith Collins, father of three: Geoffery,
Samantha, and Catherine. Characterization currently being developed, main
thing to note is, Gabriel was told the secret of the mausoleum, but he
might not recall it, for her was drunk at the time it was told him.

Josette Dupres Collins: Is dead set
on getting revenge on Angelique and wants Barnabas to love her. She has
made an attempt at putting him under a love spell, but so far there has
been no success. She is now disguised as Josie Dubois, an Avon lady.

Matthew Stokes is the only child of former Collins servant, Ben Stokes. He
is 35(although he looks older) and unmarried, also working for the Collinses
as did his father. He is tall and slender with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He resides in the caretaker's cottage on the estate where he often has trysts
with the lady of the house. Matthew fancies himself hopelessly in love with
Edith and fantasizes about one day making her his wife. Edith, on the other
hand, is only toying with his affections as a way to pass the long and boring
hours of each day.
