Doug
Taylor (Collins) (Currently in 1970): Doug is the offspring of Alexander
and a Daemoness (Though Alexander didn't know that at the time). He is
from 1999 and has come back in time to enlist count Petofi's aid in subjugating
the Past and the Present for his master, The Dark Eidolon. |
| Edith
Collins (1850) (played by Terry Ann Crawford) Edith is 39, married to Gabriel
and mother of Geoffrey, Cathrine and Samantha Collins. Still a very beautiful
woman, Edith has grown bitter with every passing year of marriage to Gabriel
Collins. Their marriage, never a happy one, was soured early on by his
drinking and adultery. She is much more adept at business than her husband
and is often frustrated that she must be the power behind the throne due
to the Victorian view that women are meant to be purely ornamental. She
keeps a close eye on the business and her household. The servants are by
and large loyal to Edith, who pays and treats them well. They are often
her eyes and ears. |

| Miranda
is a young gypsy woman, or at least she lives with the gypsies at the moment.
She keeps to herself, emerging from her wagon to read palms or tarot cards
for the locals when a financial contribution is offered; she does this
more to preserve her place among the gypsies than from any desire for monetary
gain. No-one seems to know much about her or where she came from; her presence
is tolerated because of her gift for divination and her blonde beauty,
so rare among the Romany. She disappears for periods of time, particularly
when the moon is full, but always, so far, she has returned to the encampment
thereafter. Some of the gypsies have their suspicions regarding Miranda,
but have kept their own counsel thus far... |
